Working Hours: Monday to Friday 12am to 8am SAST
Salary: R16,700 - R22,000 based on experience

Role Overview
You will be the first point of contact for warm leads entering the business. Your focus will be on understanding client needs, qualifying opportunities and booking strategy sessions for the sales closers.
Responsibilities
● Engage with warm inbound enquiries from marketing campaigns
● Conduct qualification calls using structured frameworks
● Assess lead suitability and readiness
● Book and confirm strategy appointments
● Keep CRM records updated with accurate information
● Follow up with prospects to improve attendance rates
● Collaborate with the sales team to ensure strong lead quality
● Meet performance targets and daily KPIs
Requirements
● Experience in appointment setting or sales development
● Confident phone communication skills
● Strong organisational and time management abilities
● Comfortable using CRM systems such as HubSpot
● Reliable internet and distraction free workspace
● Ability to work independently in a remote environment
