The Opportunity

We are hiring a YouTube Content Editor to support the growth of a fast paced digital content

brand. This role is suited to someone who enjoys creating engaging video content, analysing

audience behaviour and improving video performance through strategic editing.

Main Responsibilities

● Edit engaging YouTube videos with strong storytelling

● Create compelling intros and viewer retention focused edits

● Design thumbnails that attract clicks and engagement

● Optimise metadata for YouTube discoverability

● Analyse performance metrics and adjust editing approach accordingly

● Produce short form clips from long form content

● Stay informed on platform updates and creator trends

● Deliver content that aligns with brand identity

Experience and Skills

● Previous experience editing YouTube content

● Excellent understanding of YouTube growth strategies

● Skilled in video editing software such as Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve

● Experience designing thumbnails and graphic assets

● Understanding of digital content trends

● Strong attention to detail and deadline management

● Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment

● Portfolio demonstrating successful YouTube projects required
