Role Summary

The Lead Visual Communications Designer will take ownership of creative projects from

concept through to delivery. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, visual storytelling,

and strong technical design execution.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Communication

● Develop visually compelling concepts and campaign assets

● Produce high quality creative work across multiple platforms

● Apply strong typography and layout principles to all deliverables

● Ensure brand consistency and creative excellence

Team Engagement

● Collaborate with creative teams during brainstorming and review sessions

● Present ideas confidently to internal stakeholders and clients

● Support a positive and collaborative remote culture

Delivery & Organisation

● Manage project timelines and competing priorities

● Organise files and maintain workflow standards

● Ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time

Requirements

● Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

● Strong portfolio demonstrating creative leadership

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills

● Ability to manage projects independently

● Strong eye for detail and design quality

● MacBook required
