Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Multimedia Video Editor to create engaging YouTube content

focused on channel growth and audience retention. The role combines creative editing, content

optimisation and performance analysis to support high quality digital storytelling.

Core Responsibilities

● Edit and deliver high quality YouTube video content

● Build engaging narratives and strong content flow

● Create visually appealing thumbnails and graphics

● Improve video discoverability through SEO optimisation

● Monitor analytics including CTR and audience retention

● Repurpose content for Shorts, TikTok and Instagram

● Research industry trends and competitor content

● Maintain consistency across all creative assets

Essential Requirements

● Proven track record in YouTube video editing

● Strong understanding of YouTube content strategy

● Experience using professional editing software

● Graphic design capability for thumbnails and branding

● Familiarity with short form social media content

● Ability to manage workload independently

● Strong communication and collaboration skills

● Experience within educational, finance or business niches preferred
