Job Description:
Location: South Africa Remote
Employment Type: Full Time Contractor
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 12am to 8am SAST
Salary: R16,700 - R22,000 based on experience
About the Role
We are looking for a confident and driven Sales Appointment Setter to join a growing online business coaching company focused on helping female entrepreneurs scale successful ecommerce brands.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships over the phone, qualifying warm leads and creating strong opportunities for the sales team. You will be responsible for guiding prospects through structured conversations and booking strategy sessions with qualified business owners.
Key Responsibilities
● Engage with warm inbound leads from webinars, applications and marketing campaigns
● Conduct discovery conversations to assess business readiness and growth potential
● Schedule qualified strategy calls for the senior sales team
● Maintain accurate CRM records using HubSpot
● Follow up consistently with leads to maximise attendance rates
● Communicate clearly with internal sales teams regarding lead quality and outcomes
● Meet daily outreach and appointment booking targets
● Support pipeline management and lead nurturing activities
Requirements
● Previous experience in appointment setting, telesales or sales support
● Strong communication and listening skills
● Comfortable handling high volume outbound and inbound calls
● Experience working with CRM systems
● Self motivated and target driven mindset
● Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup
● Availability during AEST aligned working hours
