Job Description:
Role Type: Full Time, Remote
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm SAST
Reports To: Creative Operations Manager
Salary Range: R45 000 to R50 000 per month depending on experience

Our client is looking for a Digital Campaign Designer to create engaging visual content across
digital advertising, social campaigns, and online brand experiences.
This role suits someone who enjoys creative problem solving, fast paced projects, and
collaborating with remote global teams.
Role Overview
You will support campaign delivery by creating high performing digital assets that align with
strategic objectives and brand guidelines. You will collaborate with designers, strategists, and
account teams while independently managing your own creative workflow.
Responsibilities
Campaign Design
● Design creative assets for paid media, social platforms, and web campaigns
● Create visually engaging graphics aligned with campaign strategy
● Adapt designs across multiple digital formats and sizes
● Maintain strong visual consistency across all campaigns
Team Collaboration
● Participate in virtual brainstorming sessions and design reviews
● Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients
● Work collaboratively during overlapping Australian business hours
Project Coordination
● Manage multiple campaign timelines effectively
● Organise project files and creative assets accurately
● Track project progress using digital collaboration tools
Requirements
● Proven experience in digital campaign design
● Strong Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma skills
● Understanding of social media and digital advertising trends
● Excellent time management skills
● Strong creative portfolio
● Comfortable working remotely with international teams
