What You Will Do

● Qualify warm inbound leads through structured phone conversations

● Understand prospect pain points and business objectives

● Book high quality appointments for the closing team

● Maintain organised records and communication in HubSpot

● Follow up with leads to increase attendance and engagement

● Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion outcomes

● Achieve daily and weekly KPI targets

Skills and Experience

● Background in appointment setting or phone sales

● Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

● Ability to handle a fast paced sales environment

● CRM experience preferred

● Goal oriented mindset with strong attention to detail

● Ability to work independently while remote
