About the Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic Appointment Setter to support a growing ecommerce coaching

business dedicated to helping women scale online brands successfully.

In this role you will manage warm leads, qualify potential clients and ensure a seamless booking

experience for strategy sessions.

Core Responsibilities

● Contact inbound leads generated through workshops and applications

● Ask strategic qualification questions to identify suitable prospects

● Schedule strategy calls for senior sales consultants

● Maintain accurate and updated CRM information

● Conduct follow up communication to minimise no shows

● Monitor pipeline activity and lead engagement

● Work toward daily booking and activity KPIs

Candidate Profile

● Experience in appointment setting or inside sales

● Strong verbal communication skills

● Ability to follow scripts and structured processes

● Organised and detail focused

● Comfortable making a high volume of calls

● Strong accountability and consistency
