About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available for a talented Content Video Editor with a passion for

YouTube content creation. This role focuses on editing engaging long form videos, improving

audience retention and creating high performing thumbnails and video packaging.

Key Duties

● Produce polished and engaging YouTube videos

● Develop editing styles that improve viewer retention

● Design compelling thumbnails and graphics

● Support channel growth through YouTube SEO optimisation

● Monitor analytics and improve content performance based on insights

● Convert long form videos into short form social content

● Collaborate with the broader creative team on content strategy

● Ensure all content aligns with brand standards

Skills and Experience

● Demonstrated experience editing content for YouTube

● Strong understanding of YouTube analytics and audience behaviour

● Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve

● Experience using Canva, Photoshop or equivalent design software

● Knowledge of social media video trends and formats

● Strong organisational and time management skills

● Experience in educational or business content editing preferred

● Portfolio showcasing YouTube work required
